This Privacy Policy explains how Bil's Comp ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the SubsShare mobile application (the "App", package name com.subsshare), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
YouTube channel information. With your permission, we access your YouTube channel name, channel ID, and channel URL, and we read your subscriptions, likes, and comments solely to verify that tasks were completed. This is obtained through the YouTube Data API v3.
Activity data. Tasks you complete, campaigns you create, coins earned and spent, and your transaction history.
Device information. An anonymized (hashed) device identifier used only to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
Diagnostics. Crash reports and basic performance data, processed by our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) to keep the App stable. This does not include screen recordings, and we do not enable personally-identifying data collection in our diagnostics configuration.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the App: authenticate you, verify completed tasks, and run the coin-based campaign system.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and automated/fake activity.
To diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of data retrieved through YouTube is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

SubsShare's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We request read-only YouTube access and use it exclusively to verify subscriptions, likes, and comments related to tasks. We do not post, modify, or delete anything on your behalf.

You can revoke the App's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via your Google security settings.

4. How We Share Information

Google / YouTube — to authenticate you and verify task completion.
Service providers — our hosting/database provider and our diagnostics provider (Sentry), strictly to operate the App.
Payment processor — if you purchase coins, our payment provider processes the transaction; we do not receive or store your full payment details.
We share only what is necessary, and we never sell your data.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database hosted by our infrastructure provider. Access is protected with authentication tokens and transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time:

In the App: go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm.
By request: email us (below) from your registered address.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account, channels, campaigns, coin balance, transaction history, and stored access tokens. We complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for YouTube access. To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App.
